A 20+ year native of Northern Virginia, Kyle lives and breathes everything real estate. Four years at The University of Pennsylvania changed Kyle's mindset on hard work and "the grind." Entrepreneurship and generational wealth building were his true passions. After two years of D1 baseball at UPenn and two years of developing a startup with friends (that ended with a USA Today partnership) Kyle dove headfirst into real estate, selling hundreds of homes over the last decade.
